On January 17, 2025, the Loyola High School community gathered for a significant occasion: the Holy Spirit Mass and the Opening Assembly, which marks the beginning of a new academic year. Presided over by the Headmaster, Fr. Joseph Oduor Afulo, SJ, and co-celebrated by Fr Fidelis Udahemuka, SJ, the ceremony blended spirituality and a sense of unity, reflecting the values instilled in the students and faculty alike.

The atmosphere was filled with anticipation and hope as students, teachers, and school administration members congregated in the school chapel. The Mass began with uplifting hymns in the form of threes that resonated through the chapel, setting a tone of reverence and reflection. Fr.
